Winfield Street Coffee is here to offer a variety of catering options for all events such as breakfast, lunch, corporate gatherings, birthdays, celebrations, and so much more! Yes, we are a specialty coffee shop, but we’re also a sandwich shop!  While we specialize in breakfast and lunch catering, we also pride ourselves on making delicious artisan sandwiches, bowls, and pastries using time honored techniques with all natural and local ingredients. We have many healthy options and quite a few indulgent ones too!  Every order is prepared with care by a team of loving and professional chefs and baristas at each of our locations, providing our loyal customers the highest quality product that they have come to love and expect. Since we have many experienced chefs on our team, we’re able to offer customizable menus and other offerings that can be specialized to each event.  Such menus require a consultation with one of our chefs at least two weeks prior to the event. Offerings off of our standard catering menu can be prepared with 48-hour notice by filling out the form below.

 Our locations in Stamford Downtown and Naples-North are also available to be reserved for parties and events – our green wall and exquisite décor will be sure to impress your guests for company meetings, parties, and tasting dinners.

If you're looking for our coffee cart, we have packages starting at $1500 per event, plus tax and gratuity. The basic set up serves one drink and one pastry per guest, for up to 75 guests. Includes coffee, milk choices, sweeteners, utensils, staff and set up, for up to 3 hours. Add $7.50 for every guest above the 75 count.

How can I place a catering order?

  • Please see our link above or click here to access the form. Please fill it out with all necessary information and one of our team members will be in touch about your catering request. 

What information is necessary to provide in my catering order?

  • For catering orders, please include the following information: Name of company, Name of person in charge of catering, Phone number, Email address for order approval, Name and phone number of person receiving the delivery, Location of event and address (please include any gate codes needed), Date of event, Time of event (start and finish), Headcount, and any special notes and request  

How can I get in touch with the team about my catering order?

What is your cancellation policy?

  • There are no refunds 48 hours prior to the event. For cancelations up to 14 prior to the event it is a 50% refund. Any cancelations more than 14 days prior to the event it will be full refund. 

What kind of catering do you offer?

  • We specialize in serving office meetings for breakfast and lunch, but we have successfully served numerous intimate parties, holiday parties, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations rehearsal luncheons, and more.   

Is there a delivery fee for my catering order?

  • Yes, delivery fee is always 10% of the order. It is used to cover any expenses we might incur during your delivery. 

How many items come in a platter?

  • Every platter comes with “12 units” in each, which means there are 12 items of the menu item you’re ordering. For example, a breakfast sandwich platter that is 12 units means there are 12 breakfast sandwiches on the platter. 

Do you take special and custom catering orders?

  • Yes! You must talk to our chef in order to confirm your order and the items you’d like in it as we’ll need 72 hours for custom orders. Per approval, there is a standard gratuity of 20% for custom menus. 

What happens if I have a late change to my order?
